Eggless Banana Cake| Eggless Whole Wheat Flour Banana Cake| Without Oven

This Eggless banana cake is a quick, easy cake recipe made with whole wheat flour and bananas. Light, soft and moist vegan banana cake. no special ingredients required. I always try to include whole wheat flour whenever possible.The Banana cake can be served plain as it is. You can also serve the cake slices with some whipped cream.

Ingredients:- 
Banana:- 2 ripe
Sugar:- 3/4 cup
Oil:- 1/2 cup
Flour:- 1 & 1/2 cup
Baking Powder:- 1Tsp
Baking Soda:- 1/2 Tsp
Milk:- 1/3 cup
Lemon Juice:- 1 Tsp

How To Make Banana Cake:-

1. Take ripe or overripe bananas. Mash the bananas with a fork to a smooth consistency. You can also use a blender to mash the bananas. 
2. Add suger and oil. Stir very well that the oil mixes with the banana puree and the sugar dissolves. 
3. Sieve whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients very well. Add some milk. In case batter looks very thick, then you can some more milk. 
4. Now add lemon juice and mix it well. 
5. Pour the batter in a greased or lined round cake pan. 
6. Take kadai pre heat it for 5min. Then put a stand in the kadai and place the cake pan on it. cover it with lid and bake it for 30-35min on low flame (If you are using oven then preheated oven at 180 degrees C/350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes) or till tooth pick/ knife inserted in the cake comes out clean. When warm or cooled, slice and serve banana cake plain with tea or coffee.
