Benefits of Desi Cow Ghee:
Hello Everyone, Here I am sharing my personal experiences of using desi cow ghee. and I will share its benefits and usage. I am from Rajasthan and you all know that how much Desi cow ghee is using in Rajasthani food. My Mom use it in her cooking. I personally use it for health benefits and in my cooking as well and all Thanks to my father who always tries to keep a good stock of pure desi cow ghee for us. Cow ghee is not just using in cooking but also acts as medicine. Some say that consuming ghee have side effects on your health but this is not true if you use it in an appropriate portion it adds lots of benefits to your health.
Health Benefits of Desi Cow Ghee:-
Desi cow ghee is rich in anti- oxidants, helps in digestion, relives Constipation and boosts energy and also balances VATA, PITTA & KAPHA (वात, पित्त, और कफ) in the body. You can simply start your day with 1tsp of Desi cow ghee an empty stomach or you can take it at night before going to bed with your milk just add 1tsp ghee and mix it well and drink it. You can pour 2-2 drops of ghee in your nose at night for good night sleep.
1) You can use Desi cow ghee as a natural lip balm. Take 1 or 2 drop of ghee and apply it on your lips before going to bed. This will moisturize your dry lips and with regular use you will notice that this helps in reducing pigmentation also.
2) If you have dry , itchy skin you can use it as a night cream take a few drops of Desi cow ghee and rub it in your palm and apply it on your face.
3) Desi cow ghee soothes skin rashes and allergy I remember whenever I got rashes or any bug bite my Grand Maa used to say that "Beta, Ghee laga lo"😊. And trust me it really works.
4) You can massage your hair with Desi cow Ghee. The healthy and rich fatty acids found in ghee nourish the scalp and hair. It calms down the frizz and gives you silky smooth hair. In Rajasthan ladies massage their hair with Desi Ghee during pregnancy and after delivery because ghee provide nutritions to hair and keeps it strong. So if you are suffering from hair fall, dry and frizzy hair just give a gentle massage to your scalp with ghee and leave it for 3-4 hours and then just wash your hair with mild shampoo.
