Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask [Berry] Review

Laneige Sleeping Mask Review:-

When i came across the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask, i was curious if the raving review were the true or not. That is why i was so eager to try this and i decided to put this little pink jar to the test.

Price & Availability:- Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask Berry 8gm is for Rs. 500 and 20gm is for Rs. 1150. You can buy this form Nykaa.com

Ingredients:- This Lip Sleeping Mask uses vitamin c, shea butter and various fruit extracts like raspberry, strawberry and goji berry to sooth and soften lips. One thing to note is that it does contain several types of waxes, including synthetic, and a bit of fragrance. Ingredients list is too long so i am sharing picture of ingredients here:-
Packing:- As i bought the trial pack so there is no spatula. I just use my finger tip to apply this. The full size tub comes with applicator (spatula).
Texture and how it feels:- It is a sweet pink colour on the tub and goes on colourless on the lips. And the texture is between very thick moisturiser and a silky balm. Little bit goes long way, you only need a tiny amount. when it comes to scent it smells exactly like strawberry candy. but it goes away when you put it on lips.

Experience: I am disappointed -I've been using it for a month now, i put it on overnight it just felt like fancier lip balm, Although it does make my lips feel plumper and softer in the morning but it didn't keep them feeling that way all day. I feel like it creates thin film of grease on my lips which i really don't like. It claims to be moisturising and softening but it just left a weird sticky film on my lips and feels uncomfortable on the lips. A lot of people seem to love this, but it just personally didn't do much for me. If your lips are sensitive, however, make sure to thoroughly read through the ingredients list. I feel like It is little pricy for a lip balm.  It just provide good moisturiser thats it and for moisturising you can go for cheaper, equally good option.

Overall i would say it's not worth the price, it works like another lip balm and i am not going to repurchase it. A Nivea lip balm or boroline does a better job.
