Easy tricks that will make your hair healthy & smooth:-
Unhealthy lifestyle and Poor diet, Harsh shampoo, Hair treatments, Styling products, and Excessive stress contribute the most to poor hair health. So here i am sharing few easy tips that i use for my hair.
First thing is to improve your diet. This is probably the most effective and important way of keeping your hair healthy. Eating healthy fats, like nuts, avocados, and low-fat dairy products like Milk,Yogurt is important. Eat vegetables like beans, spinach, soybeans. Eat Fruits, leafy Green Salads. Drink plenty of water daily. Keeping yourself hydrated means healthy skin and healthy hair. A healthy diet help your hair to grow faster and stronger.
Massage your scalp:-
Massaging your scalp is necessary to promote good blood circulation, which helps your hair grown stronger. Do scalp massage twice a week. For massage you can use Ghee, Mustard oil, olive oil in winters and Coconut oil, Sesame oil or Almond oil in summers.
Try a homemade hair mask :-
1. Curd, honey & banana hair mask- take curd and add 1tsp of honey and add 1 mashed banana to it and apply it on damp hair keep it for 40min then wash your hair with shampoo.
2. Heena pack: Take Heena powder as per your hair length and add fresh Aloevera gel, Lemon and curd to it and mix it well and leave this for 3-4 hour and then apply it to hair keep it for1 hour. Heena is very good for your hair and it also give natural colour to your hair.
Don't wash your hair too often:- If you want your hair to stay healthy any shiny, you only need to wash it once or twice a week, depending on your hair type. And using the wrong shampoo can damage your hair. Use products that are good for your hair type _oily, normal, or dry — and target any problems you have, such as dandruff. Try to avoid shampoos with harsh ingredients.
Use A Cotton T-Shirt To Dry Your Hair:- Yes, use a cotton T-shirt to dry your hair instead of a Towel. T-shirt drying is very simple, all you need is a cotton t-shirt.
When you've finished washing your hair just flip your head upside-down and use the t-shirt to absorb some of the excess water. T-shirt drying has really helped my hair. my hair is a lot smoother and less frizzy now.
